What is in the breakfast basket?
While the contents may vary slightly from day to day, each breakfast basket typically includes a selection such as a homemade muffin, a hard-boiled egg, yogurt, a granola bar, a juice box, and fresh fruit. Every basket is thoughtfully prepared with enough food for each guest included in the booking.
I have already enquired or booked with Airbnb, but want your best price. What can I do?
Unfortunately, due to Airbnb’s Terms of Service, we are unable to cancel and then rebook outside the platform, or arrange any non-Airbnb bookings through their system. We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your interest in staying with us.

Is there on-site parking?
Yes, parking is available. Each room booked includes parking for one standard-size car or truck. If you’ll need additional parking or plan to bring a large or non-standard vehicle, please contact us at the time of booking or as early as possible before your arrival. This helps us ensure we can accommodate your needs.
